Beginning 1 A well-rounded, basic yoga practice for those just starting out, with an emphasis on the fundamentals.
Level 1 Continue building stamina, strength, flexibility and concentration in this class with a moderate level of challenge, including vinyasa (flowing) sequences.
Level 1-2 An intermediate practice introducing more advanced asana as well as extended vinyasa (flowing) sequences.
Level 2 Advanced postures and variations: invigorating, challenging and intense.
Level 3 Advanced backbends, inversions, arm balances and other extremely challenging postures and their variations. Open to students with two years of regulsr yoga practive or permission of the instructor.
Ashtanga Prep A calss to prepare you for Ashtanga's primary series
Ashtanga An introduction to Ashtangas First Series. Poses are performed in one continuous sequence in this physically demanding, exhilarating style of yoga taught by K. Pattabhi Jois.
Iyengar A system of yoga emphasizing precision, sequence and subtlety. Selected postures, held for more extended periods of time, are often repeated, allowing an intensive investigation of the deeper layers of practice.
Vinyasa Series of postures that flow one into the other are the focus of this purifying, exhilarating practice, cultivating strength, stamina and the breath.
Restorative Supported poatures to deeply rejuvenate and relax.
Pre-Natal
A practice designed to support the most healthy

Post-Natal A rejuvenating class for new mothers and their babies.
Mommy & Me Parents and children up to age 5 practice yoga together in a fun, playful environment. Mixed level. Parents should bring a blanket and some toys along to class.

Challenging Conditions With a emphasis on adaptation, this class is designed to meet the special needs of those living with Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Fatigue, Cancer and other challenging conditions.
HIV/AIDS Adapted poses, gentle movement, meditation and breathing combine to support the immune system. (Free to those living with HIV/AIDS)
