Ann D'Angelo

Ann D’Angelo M.A. has been practicing meditation since 2004; her students range in age from 3 years old to 100 years old. She has shared the practice of mindfulness at preschools, schools, churches, living communities and this beloved Yoga House Community for many years. Ann’s professional training as a Mindfulness Educator includes Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Jon Kabat Zinn, Exploration Series with Dan Siegel, Inner Kids Program with Susan Kaiser Greenland, MBSR-Teens with Gina Biegel, Mindfulness Self-Compassion Training with Kristin Neff & Christopher Germer and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness with David Treleaven. Ann is also a 200hr. Registered Yoga Teacher receiving her training from Yoga House. In 2020 Ann became a certified Grief Educator to help others deal with grief and loss. Ann continues to expand her learning by going on retreats, workshops and classes. She recently completed the Dynamic Art of Interactive Guided Meditation: A Masterclass with Jack Kornfield and an Equanimity Course with Sharon Salzberg. Her belief that we all belong to each other, that love, kindness & compassion are what is need in the world, inspires her to share this practice with others.

She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios. Connie's work focuses on local SEO, brand strategy, and helping studios attract new clients and grow sustainably — without the tech overwhelm.
