Jacqui Dziak
I took my first yoga class at Yoga House in 2002, however my practice deepened while recovering from cancer in 2009 as I began to focus on the benefits of a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. In 2014, under the guidance of Farzaneh Noori, I completed the first 200-hour teacher training at Yoga House, and in 2019 completed the 300-hour training also at Yoga House. I have also studied Yin Yoga with Joe Barnett and Melissa Christensen, The Essentials of Ayurveda with Indu Arora, The Roll Model Method using Yoga Tune-Up balls with Jill Miller, and Therapeutic Yoga with Cheri Clampett. I have a master’s degree in depth psychology and believe that yoga is a holistic practice designed to help you understand your body better, regulate your nervous system, and improve the circulation of prana.
