An In-depth Series of Practice with Tatiana Urquiza

3 Fridays October 15, 22 & 29 , 2-4pm (PST)

This three workshop series will present an overview of the five elements and seven chakra system and how to use them in combination with Ayurvedic practices, pranayamas, meditation, mantra, as well as an in-depth breakdown of asana poses.

Join us for 2 hours of your Friday to work on integrating the ancient healing practices of the science of life and strengthening the core muscles of the body, as well as learning about functional movement training and muscle chains. Each Friday session will be different!

Each week will cover two or three chakras and how to integrate the ancient healing practices while strengthening the core muscles of the body. All of Tatiana’s workshops will focus on state-of-the-art functional movement training, which includes exercises that target vital muscle chains in the body, as well as subtle body work. Each session will include studies in breath and meditation to enhance the benefits of each asana and series of movements.

Not only will these workshops provide valuable insights that you can carry with you throughout your yogic journey, it will also give you the tools you need to practice more mindfulness and wellness for a long and healthy life. We hope you will join us!

About Tatiana Urquiza: Over the past 30 years Tatiana has received Classical and Tantric Yoga training and certification in philosophy, meditation, pranayama and asana from her excellent teachers and friends, Eric Small, Dona Holleman, Mukunda Stiles, John Friend, Douglas Brooks, Carlos Pomeda and Sally Kempton. She specializes in yoga therapy, using movement, breath and sound to produce growth, insight, healing and transformation, as well as emphasizing the breath, precision, alignment, mindfulness, intuitive skills training and conflict resolution. She also holds a practitioner’s certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time-Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, with several years training in Buddhist Vipassana Meditation. Tatiana holds an E-RYT 500 certification with the
Yoga Alliance.

$110 all three sessions
Following the workshop, you'll receive a link to the recording (good for 15 days) so you can practice as many times as you want!
