In this workshop we learn to methodically release tension in the shoulder girdle, quads and hip flexors and move with ease in the direction of flipping your grip in back bends such as king pigeon, dancer, bow pose and more…
There are many way to progress in the pose and Jeanne will be sharing her knowledge on breaking down each pose and built with methodical progression. Using props to bring ease and clarity into the yoga posture.
Jeanne DiNovis Montero is a 500 Hour RYT. Jeanne enjoys creating challenging classes while focusing on alignment and breaking down postures to help students move more effectively both on and off the mat.
