Vishoka Meditation with René Quenell
Saturday, March 16, 2-4:30 pm
In-Studio Only
Experience Boundless Joy
Vishoka Meditation is grounded in the authentic wisdom of an ancient, yet living, tradition embodied by luminaries including Buddha and Patanjali.
Grounded in the authentic wisdom, the simple—yet profound—practice of Vishoka Meditation is the perfect complement to your existing yoga practice, as well as a powerful standalone meditation practice.
Imagine a life free from pain and sorrow, and infused with joy and tranquility.
The ancient yogis called this state vishoka and insisted that we all can reach it. The key is a precise set of meditative techniques designed to unite the mind and breath and turn them inward.
For beginners and experienced yogis and meditators alike, please join us for a beautiful practice to help access deeper states of awareness filled with illumination and joy.
Practice includes explanation of technique, asana, relaxation and meditation.
All levels welcome.
