Sound Bath: Retune with El Larson

Sound Bath:
Retune with El Larson

Saturday, October 26, 6-7:30 pm

This workshop begins with exercises to open awareness, retune and balance energy centers of the body, including sound meditations and vocal toning. These practices can be used in your daily life for self-balance, and will help prepare the layers of the body for the SoundBath that follows. Featuring ancient Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and percussion, during the SoundBath El plays the instruments amongst the group against a live ambient soundscape. The effects of sound can be powerful, and experiencing the vibrations in close proximity with the body can help produce deeper shifts.

El Larson uses sound and space to help balance internal and external environments. Her sound baths blend ancient Himalayan singing bowls and other acoustic instruments with a live, synthesized soundscapes to create a space where people can release layers of stress and reconnect with their deeper aspects. Years of practicing and giving yoga adjustments in a Mysore Ashtanga room (a hands-on, adjustment-based method) deepened her connection with frequencies inside the body.

El is certified in sound healing, reiki, Feng Shui, and is a licensed REALTOR©.  El practiced holistic healing modalities for over 20 years when she sought to apply principles of balance and wellbeing to the built environment, as another tool to support people in their daily lives.
