Release the past and step into the new year in a meditative afternoon of Restorative and Gentle Yoga with Farzaneh Noori. Flowing movement and supported poses will open your body and spirit as you float in the soothingly beautiful live music of Grammy Award Winner Hamid Saedi. Taking the time to do a deeply restful and restorative yoga practice is especially important at this time of year and helps to strengthen the immune system,  creating internal balance and well-being.

Farzaneh Noori is the co-founder and owner of Yoga House, the oldest and largest center for yoga in the San Gabriel Valley area. She is a certified yoga instructor at 500-ERYT with over 30 years of practice and 24 years of experience teaching to a broad range of students. She is also a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

Hamid Saeidi is a Grammy Award-winning musician and composer. A master of the classical Persian instrument, santoor, Hamid has performed around the world and is a member of Opium Moon, currently nominated for their second Grammy award in the World Music category.
